Michener's titles are all huge, so I can't blame you for not tackling them with a review. I haven't yet worked up the courage to try reading one of them!

Looks like we have quite a bit in common as far as history goes! I don't think I've read any of these soI'll have to check a few of them out. I'm sorry if this comment posts twice, one looks like it disappeared.

I've never read James Michener, but growing up I always thought his books looked interesting. I did read the first Anne McCaffrey Pern book, or most of it- not sure why I never continued...
